Hey guys, I've been writing on here for a while now and realised, not many of you actually know much about me! I'm notoriously private and have become quite the hermit but I'm challenging myself to be more open with those around me. I've got a few questions from the popular YouTube 'get to know me' tag and will answer a few of those questions on here for you. Here goes:
Where do you currently live? Bedford, United Kingdom
How tall are you? 5"7
What is your favourite movie? Has to be all the MCU movies :)
How many languages do you speak? Well, fluently, English. Poorly, Twi & Frafra (Ghanaian) but I do understand them quite well
What is your idea of a dream date? Oooh, a private, outdoor, movie night with a HUGE screen and lots of sweets :)
How many siblings do you have? Three - twins (boy and girl) and another sister. I'm the oldest
What bad habits do you have? Eating at irregular times and eating sweets before bed :(
Have you ever failed at anything and what did you learn? Well, I wouldn't say I failed but I always thought I could've done better at uni. I learnt that I can be too relaxed about important things and need to apply and discipline myself more.
What is your profession? I currently work as an HR Business Partner for a manufacturing organisation
What are your pet peeves? Impoliteness/bad manners, especially using your phone when others are talking
What are your weird quirks? It's more annoying than anything but when I read a message, rather than reply, I close the message with the intention of returning to reply and then promptly forget to :(
What does your name mean? Born on Christmas day, except I wasn't actually born on Christmas day. I was born a week before
When was the last time you cried? Yesterday (15th May 2020) when I was talking to a friend about my dad. He passed away 8 years ago
Summer or Winter? I'm a winter baby but I LOVE SUMMER!
Where were you born? London baby!
Favourite TV show? FRIENDS! Hence, London baby! If you know, you know ;)
What did you last eat? Brookies I made last night
What's the last song you listened to? Yahweh (Mali Music)
Do you have children? Not yet
What is the first thing you notice about people? Manners, smile, eyes, how they talk (Yeah, I observe a lot lol)
Your favourite drink? Supermalt haha
What is your biggest strength? It would have to be intuition (discernment). I can usually tell a lot about people after a short while
What is the craziest thing you have ever done? I was a contestant in Miss Ghana UK 2010 and asked the hairstylist to shave off my widow's peak (worst mistake)
What is your favourite instrument? I don't play the drums but I love drums and I hope I marry a drummer so they can play for me every day
Are you an introvert or extrovert? Definitely more introverted but I love spending time with people (for a while, then I get tired)
